There are numerous decisions by trial courts which distinguish
machines of an antique or collector's value from those of obvious
commercial value. We hope to build a "data bank1' collection of
these decisions for use in defending current cases. Since the pro
ject is just getting off the ground applicable information will be
appreciated.
