Sales' Co. are now co mfortably situated in
their own three story building at the cor-
ner of Youn g and Browder in Dallas.
Building has been co mpletely remodeled
and refini shed to suit the requirements of
Walbox Sales and now sparkles as one of
the finest jobbing and di stributing show·
rooms and warehouses in th e Southwest.
New building h as 100 foot frontage on
Young Street and a dep th of 200 feet.

has grouped th e showrooms and offices.
Mr. an d Mrs. Earl Reynolds, Irby associ·
ates, occupy offices here along with Carver

On the seco nd floor Irby has provided
for bea utifully furnished offices for himself
and staff. Balance of th e floor, as well as

one of California's famous landmarks, for
$300,000 in one of the largest realty trans-
actions ever consumma ted by coin machine
operators in the West.
El Paseo covers a city block and co n-
sists of 40 retail shops. The land was orig-
inally a Spanish land gran t to th e De La
Guerra family an d th e first EI Pas eo was
started back in 1826. Among th e retail
establi shments -is th e world famous Del
Paseo restaurant.
Ollie Hn d Fred h ave operated autom atic
music, wired music, cigarette machin es
and various types of amusement devices
here fo r years past. Fred also has inter-
ests in th e Hawaii.a n Islands and spends
co nsidera bl e tim e there, whil e Ollie at-

adequate fl exibility, acco rdin g to its de-
velopers.
