The job of winning this war is the first consideration of every patriotic
American. What really counts today is the manning of ships and planes, service in
the armed forces and enrollment in home defense patrols, the increasingly swift
production of war machines and ammunition, and the organization of war work.
Then too these are days when the vending machine operator must plan as nl ver
before. His equipment must be constantly maintained so as to give him the longest
service possible. New operating economies must be brought into use and his entire
business re-organized for the "long pull ahead."
The ye~rs past have seen DuGrenier equipment installed in the finest locations
from coast-to-coast where today it is giving paramount service to an enthusiastic
pu~lic . We a.re happy to be DuGrenier exclusive distributors and to have played a
part in supplying the operators of the nation with DuGrenier precision-built cigar-
ette and candy merchandisers and the famous Adams Gum Vendor.
We, as all others, will naturally be handicapped in the months ahead but we in-
tend to continue to work with the operators in the West, to supply them with equip-
ment when available, _a nd to offer them many other services consistent with the well
established Parina policy.
