New Slogan Adopted
by Daval Co.
CHICAGO-Al S. Douglis, president of
the Daval Company, Inc., manufacturers of
the American Eagle counter game, which it
calls "the world's smallest bell with free-
play token award and gum vendor," has
adopted a new slogan for his firm. It is
"Come and Get It."
"When it comes to American Eagle," said
Douglis, "the only thing we can· tell opera-
tors throughout the country is simply come
and get it. This is one machine that is prov-
ing itself as phenomenal a money-maker as
did our Chicago Club House, Reel "21,"
Penny Pack and Marvel. American Eagle,
we believe, will exceed all these machines
for endurance power on location and as a
money-maker.
"We haven't yet fai1ed to receive substan-
tial reorders from all our customers. The
machines only get to the location for a day
or two and we have a repeat order on hand
for three and four times as large as we ever
expected. Naturally this is attributable to
the money that American Eagle is clicking
on location everywhere.
"That's why we say come and get it.
That's the only way to convince the opera-
tors of the greatness of American Eagle.
Get it, put it on location and discover for
yourself."
In the West jobbers and distributors have
gone out of their way to take care of opera-
tor requirements. Jobbers in all of the key
cities in the West have featured American
Eagle for weeks past and results have been
amazing, according to Mac Mohr, Pacific
Coast Representative for Daval.
