and interpretations 'of true western cowboy
numbers are not to be equalled . His original
number "!t ' s Roundup Time in Reno" is his
contribution to the Republic picture " Manhat-
tan Merry-Go-Round ." There 's a ready made
audience waiting for these numbers in every
s ection of the country . Very good .

bers hit the wax as sweet and beautiful as it
is possible to record them. Outside of the
mechanical end of the business these two
numbers are really tops. First ditty has proven
its worth . Second tune, hailing from dear old
England, shows promises . A good disc to risk
a few pennles on .

is not a questionable record. Thomas "Fats"
Waller collaborated on these numbers and
most certainly the colored gentleman can write
stuff that lits his style. Nuf sed . This disc is
superb. Lend vour ears . " Fats " piano chor-
uses on both sides are terrific.
