The NCE LOCI' has been sturdilY built up to the lat-
est requirements of the Underwriters' Laboratories
of Chicago. It cannot be drilled or sheared open and
cannot be picked within the limits as set by the Un-
derwriters' Laboratories. It is small in size, the out-
side of the barrel being only 5-8" in diameter and
15-16" long, yet the lock possesses remarkable dur-
ability and with the seven tumbler feature and add-
