Another Supreme Anniversary
Last month Supreme of New Eng
land celebrated: their first anniver
sary and now another Supreme
Vending unit celebrates its first an
niversary, Supreme of New Jersey,
located at 441 Elizabeth Ave.,
Newark.
Here Geo. Ponser has built an
outstanding coin machine jobbing
GEO. PONSER
organization in the state of New
Jersey. He has also been appointed
general manager for the entire Su
preme chain.
Just one year ago George gave up
operating and entered the Supreme
Vending organization as manager
for the state of New Jersey. In that
short time he has built the business

from a small store to the largest job
ber in the state.
Ponser’s reputation for gracious,
generous treatment of customers
and his activities in behalf of the
operators’ organization in New Jer
sey has won him a warm place in the
hearts of the trade. Many happy
returns.
Operators and Salesmen

weight for the same reason and to
morrow the story will be the same.
Consequently, you can see that the
coin-operated, personal weighing
machine business is just as stable
and steady as any other branch of
industry.
Because people are always inter
ested in their weight and, conse
quently, patronize coin-operated
personal weighing machines, all sea
sons of the year, the income on scales
does not fluctuate to any appreciable
degree.
Merchants are approached every
day by salesmen offering them ma
chines of one kind and another.
These iierchants know, whether con
' sciously or not, every selling appeal.
They are on the defensive, though
eager for some logical profit-making
presentation.
Compared to the salesman the op
erator has every possible advantage
in his favor. Successful operators
recognize these advantages and most
generally employ them in their pre
sentations, thereby demonstrating
their abilities as salesmen.
