Article II. Object
The object of this Asso
ciation shall be to foster the industrial
interests of its members and those in
any way related to the coin machine
industry by common business inter
ests; to secure freedom from unjust or
unlawful exactions; to establish and
maintain uniformity and certainty in
the customs and'commercial usages of
the coin machine industry; to acquire,
preserve, and disseminate valuable
business information; to promote a
more enlarged and friendly intercourse
among those engaged in the coin ma
chine industry, all of which not being
inconsistent with the public interest.

S e c t io n 1 .
Article III. Membership
1 . Active. Any person,
firm or corporation engaged in the coin
machine industry is eligible to become
an active member of this Association.

Sec. 2. Honorary. The board of di
rectors, at a duly organized meeting,
may elect honorary members by a
unanimous vote of the members pres
or corporation admitted to member
ship herein in pursuance of these By
Laws shall be a member of the Asso
ciation until his membership shall ter
minate by death, voluntary with
drawal, or otherwise, in pursuance of
these By-Laws. The right of a mem
ber to vote and all other rights, title
and interest of a member in or to the
Association, its rights, privileges and
property, shall cease on the termina
tion of his membership. Any member
may withdraw from the Association
after fulfilling all obligations to it by
giving written notice of such intention
to the Secretary, which notice shall be
presented to the Board of Directors or
Executive Committee by the Secretary
at the first meeting after its receipt.

chine industry he shall be deemed to
be no longer qualified as a member of
this Association and the Board of Di
rectors may thereupon declare his
membership terminated.
