Check each o f these plays w ith the p hotograph o f ESQUIRE. The player skill­
fu lly tries fo r e ith e r the L TUBE or the R TUBE. He makes the L TUBE pocket— wowie!
Look a t the ball in the 500 pocket whiz away and m ysteriously appear in the 1,000 pock­
et . . . a t the same tim e balls a uto m a tically appear to again fill the vacant 500 pockets.
The player again tries fo r the L TUBE . . . Jim iny gee! He makes it! The ball in the
1,000 pocket unhesitatingly "sh o ots" into the area surrounded by the highly polished
aluminum th a t is inlaid w ith live rubber. This ball goes "s c o o tin g " around until it falls
in to any one o f the pockets enclosed by the rail. If this ball happens to roll away fro m
the pockets, a concealed positive action trig g e r a t the base o f the enclosed area
"s h o o ts" th a t ball back until it finds a pocket.
W h ile all this dynam ic a ction is taking place, the player finds th a t again a ball
has m ysteriously appeared in the 1000 hols and another in the 500 hole a t the lower
end o f the tube. Both the L TUBE and the R TUBE operate in d ividually . . . you g e t
id e n tica l action fro m both tubes.
Balls th a t are dep o sited in the 100 holes are returned fo r fre e play upon the pla y­
ers a b ility to make the "RETURNED P O C KE T" a t the to p o f the playing fie ld . YES,
