induce, by any means, any party to
a contract with another member of
the industry operating under this
Code to violate such contract.
(f) Aiding or abetting any mem­
ber of the industry in any unfair
practice in the industry.
(g) Making, enacting or know­
ingly permitting to be made, or pub­
lished any false, inaccurate, or de­
ceptive statement by way of adver­
tisement or otherwise, whether con­
cerning the grade, quality, quantity,
substance, character, nature, origin,
size, material content, or earning
power of any product of the indus­
try, or the credit terms, values, poli­
cies or service of any member of the
industry or otherwise, having the
tendency or capacity to mislead or
deceive customers or prospective cus­
tomers.
(h) Making any advance against
commissions and/or rental fees to be
paid on account of any machine
leased to a customer, or to make any
guarantees whereby the lessee or
user of the machine will be assured
of a certain income from the ma­
chine installed or to be installed.
(i) Using, threatening to use,
and/or co-operating with onyone or
threatening to use violence to person
or property, intimidation or unlaw-
