Barton W. Shipley, head of the
Barton Shipley Operating Company
of Indianapolis, Indiana, has opened
a beautiful new Arcade in the heart
of the business district of that city
and is enjoying a most remunerative
business. He is catering to the best
class of people in the city and is
drawing them. He has about a hun­
dred machines on the floor, including
some of the latest and most expen­
sive made. All the machines are beau­
tifully painted in all colors of the,
rainbow and present a most inviting
appearance. In addition to the dif­
ferent amusement machines, he is
operating a refreshment
counter
along with a large popcorn machine
and periodical stand. Mr. Shipley is
catering especially to the youngsters
