writer wishes to advise that our next
convention will be held in the city of
New York, in the month of February
1927, and ample provision will be
made for a display of each and every
manufacturers’ line and from results
obtained in Chicago under like cir­
cumstances, we are sure the business
you will secure during this conven­
tion will more than recompense you
for the membership fee mentioned
above.

President Irl E. La Grange is send­
ing out the following letter to manu­
facturers of vending machines:
In March of this year, we organ­
ized the above Association, knowing
that the vending machine business
should have an Association of this
kind to protect their interests. We
now have twenty-eight members but
it is not large enough as yet to ac­
complish the results we desire as far
as adverse legislation is concerned
and for that reason, the writer is
sending you this personal letter in
the hopes that you can see your way
clear to take out at least one year’s
membership at the small cost of
$50.00.
You have no doubt received copy
of our by-laws explaining what our
Association hopes to accomplish thru
concerted action and know you will
agree that these aims can only be at­
tained through a membership of at
least a majority of the manufactur­
