Operators Have Many Problems
Every operator we have talked too
has some point in his cranium that
he wants to have discussed on the
floor. Certainly there will be a lot to
be learned at this convention. Every
operator who comes will go home a
better business man. In the first
place he will go home with anywhere
from a dozen to a thousand new ma
chines under his ann, because he will
find there the very latest and newest
models o f machines on exhibit. The
old problem that has bothered him
from year to year will be solved be
cause there will be some old heads
there who will tell him how they work
it out. There is lots to know about
the successful operator o f a vending
machine route, and beginners in the
business will learn more at this con
vention than they could in ten years
o f struggling along alone.
One entire floor o f the Great
Northern Hotel has been engaged by
the operators committee. The Great
Northern Hotel is located on three
streets— Jackson Boulevard, Dearborn
Street and Quincy Street. The best
space has already been taken. Those
who reserve henceforth will have to
take second class space.
The best room in the hotel, No. 24,
immediately in fron t o f the elevators,
has been reserved by O. D. Jennings
& Company, Chicago. The next best
rooms, Nos. 14 and 34, on the cor
ners o f the two streets with five big
windows in each have been reserved
