very fortunate as regards to the re­
cent storm. W e suffered very little
loss. O f course this may be due to
the fact that vending machines is
only part of our business and we
have not so many of these.
I understand there has been con­
siderable damage to scales, but we
do not handle any of these.

The Lima (Ohio) Kiwanis club
will sponsor the installation of sev­
eral hundred gum-slot machines in
the industrial plantr in that city.
As the result of an arrangement
with a commercial firm, and the Lima
companies who are donating the wall
space in their plants, the Kiwanis
club hopes the machines will help
finance the Fresh-Air camp on the
Dixie highway, E. H. Hawisher,
chairman of the camp committee said
at the conclusion of the luncheon of
the club in the Barr hotel recently.
