3. Apply power to the CBA-2 and
measure the V3 voltage in the fol-
lowing manner: set the voltme-
ter to DC Voltage mode, put the
black lead (negative) on the logic
board mounting bracket, and put
the red lead (positive) on P4 pin

5. Reinstall the CBA-2 into the
slide bracket.
6. Slide the CBA-2 into the Juke-
box.
7. Reconnect the cable that con-
nects the Jukebox to the CBA-2.

Manual. There are 19 points that
should be lubricated.
2. A bill pressure roller cleaning
kit (PIN 25244801) should be
used to clean the mag pressure
roller after the optics are cleaned.
Follow the instructions in the kit.
3. Measure the V3 voltage as de-
scribed step 3 of reassembly prior
to cleaning. The voltage should
drop significantly after cleaning.
If it does not drop, replace the
long green board, and do regu-
lar cleaning in the future.
4. The CBA-2 should be cleaned
every 6 months or when the per-
formance is unacceptable. The
cleaning interval may be longer
or shorter based upon the envi-
ronment in which the CBA-2 is
operating.

4. The lower the V3 voltage, the
better the CBA-2 will function.
The reading should be under 1.5
VDC for best operation. A read-
ing over 3.2 VDC will cause a 3
blink shutdown. If the voltage is
not under 1.5 VDC, the V3 LED
should be replaced with a new
one (70035314).
8. Tum the power back on the
Jukebox and test the CBA-2.

driver, 1 - phillips screwdriver

relubricated while it is being
cleaned. Refer to the Section 3
