HANTAREX PARTS AND SERVICE AVAILABLE

STANDARD/MED
SUBJECT
Recent closing of Hantarex USA.
BACKROUND
Hantarex USA ceased operating
the Schaumburg, Illinois facility
on February 15, 1996. This was,
impart, due to the internal prob-
lems experienced by the head-
quarters based in Italy, and also
the US office's difficulty in ob-
taining materials from overseas
in time to meet production sched-
ules.
Hantarex, including a full spec-
trum of monitors from 5-1/2"
CGA to 34" SVGA. Selti also
markets a line of security and
general monitoring cameras that
can be adapted to a wide range
of applications.
DK Monicor then teamed up
with Selti Elettronica S.p.A., an-
other Italy based manufacturer of
video equipment, with over 20
years of experience. Their prod-
uct line is of higher quality and
more diverse than that of
INPUTS
We will also soon be offering a
monitor which will operate on a
standard resolution 15. 7KHZ in-
put signal, or a medium resolu-
tion 25KHZ input signal. This
will enable operators to use a
wider variety of game boards
without changing CRT's or
yokes.
In addition, all monitors will soon
be "universal voltage". This sim-
ply means that they will operate
on line voltages of either ll0VAC
or 220VAC without any changes
to the chassis. (i.e. jumper wires,
swithces, etc.)
EMPLOYEES TAKE OVER
Shortly thereafter management
from Hantarex USA formed DK
Monicor, Inc. DK Monicor
wanted to continue providing
service for owners of Hantarex
equipment, including both repair
and spare parts support. Key
employees were given positions
at Monicor to maintain the high
level of expertise and service that
Hantarex had formerly been
known for.

NEW IMPROVED
Our initial sales effort has cen-
tered around the "RIO" model
of video monitors, which are in
many ways similar to the
Hantarex "POLO". There have
been some notable improve-
ments to the switch mode power
supply and color circuits which
have improved reliability and
image quality over what the
"POLO" offered.
