SOLUTION
There is a modification to help
protect the Rowe link on the
CCC and help the bill acceptor's
performance.

Put the modification on the plug
so when you change the CCC, the
modification will still be on the
box.
ORIENTATION
When using the plugs, the modi-
fication gets put on one plug, not
on both, since they are in series.
RESULT
This modification will help the
Rowe link on the CBA-2 bill ac-
ceptor and protect the Rowe link
integrated circuit on the CCC
board.

You can also put this modifica-
tion on older boxes:
• Get two 100 ohm, 1/4 watt
resistors.
