Check your setup on this game if your earnings are low. I suggest
you try the following settings:
Motorola has just released
version 6 of their parts selec-
tion/ cross reference software.
GAME DIFFICULTY

Select "fine tune"
Set Torpedo and Jackpot to hardest level.
Set "eliminate opponents" to hard.
Other settings OK.
STARTING REPLAY LEVEL
• Set to 175 million.
As always, it's bigger, better
and faster than the previous
release. You may download it
from the STAR,flECH Jo~
nal BBS at 404/631-29. .
You'll find it in File Section 1
under the title "SPECS6.ZIP".
GAME PERCENTAGE
• Set to 15%
MATCH PERCENTAGE
• Set to 8%
PRICING
• Change pricing to 25 cents per play.
Average game times have been 2 to 2.5 minutes; not enough for 50
cent play. This will help correct the play imbalance and increase
earnings.

The peculiar Gottlieb replay percentage method should be ex-
plained. The game replay setting includes Score, Specials and
High-Score-to-Date credits. The 15% setting should be right.
only $44.25 total.
Individually priced at
$12. 95, plus s/h. this
offer represents a
20% di.soount !
The factory had set the game Replay level high and almost
eliminated Match credits to compensate for extra free games. I
believe the Match feature should be set at 8% to reward mediocre
players.

SYMPTOM
PROBLEM
The sound level on one of my
Addam's mysteriously -and
very intermittently- opens
wide and blasts everyone in
the location and settles back
down in time for me to walk in
and see nothing wrong.
The game is displaying English text, but the audio is in Japanese.
~e checked connections on
-ribbon cables, coin door
switches, etc. Apparently not a
connector problem.
SOLUTION
Note that the English setting only affects the screen text. The
voices will remain the same. Some locations will complain about
their game, that is supposed to be set for "English", if they are not
aware of this quirk.
