PROBLEM
SYMPTOM
Innovative Concepts Full
Court Frenzy basket keeps
turning slightly in game mode
or attract mode.
I had a Hantarex MTC 9000
that was coming on for a frac-
tion of a second then shutting
down. All the filter caps were
OK and there was no garbage
on any of the B+ lines.
SOLUTION
At the base of the backboard
pole, in the center of the turn-
table, there are 3 Hex head
screws that need to be tight-
ened (use Loctite on these
screws).
Phone: 303/792-2181
RESULT
Fax: 303/397-7935
This will allow sensors under
turntable to read encoder ring
correctly.

PROBLEM
I found R94 burned open~
• when I replaced it I checkeo
the voltage on C57 and found it
low ( this should be about 26V),
and R94 was starting to get hot
again.
The problem turned out to be
IC 1 a TDA 1670 vertical de-
flection IC (sub with ECG
1862).
SOLUTION
To confirm this, disconnect pin
14 of IC 1 and re-test voltage
on C57, the monitor should
also power up now without
vertical deflection.
