PROBLEM
Anyone who has one or more of Cleaver Games'
Bozo's GrandPrizegames distributed by Yankee
Games Technology, Chicago, IL (or if you con-
sider yourself unfortunate enough to be operat-
ing these games), I am sure you just love how the
pails on the game break .apart.
They break so easy and let small pieces fall into
the score holes or drains and stop the balls from
ever making it back to the player, or snap in half,
shread, etc. (Even better news, the pails are only
$15.50 eachn
After spending over $400 in new pails and they
still broke, I decided something should be done.
Shown are the original chipped & cracked pails.
SOLUTION
The remedy: Galvanized 16 gauge welded metal
pails. After searching for a pail which would
work, I gave up and had the pails manufactured.
The new pails are solid and will not bend. Paint
the pail red, place a large number inside pail (the
same as the ones you removed). place some
plastic chrome car door trim on the edge of pail
and you have an indestructible replacement.
In fact, the replacement pails are safer than the
ones you removed - and no sharp edges!
The pail cost is $32.50 each, about twice the cost
of the plastic ones. However, you will never need
to order another pail again, and they look much
better than the original pails.
SOURCE
You can order the metal pails direct from the
manufacturer:
Ewing & HaU Machine Mfg. Corp.
