your departure (example: if you have 12 power
supplies, 2 or 3 will probably suffice until moved).
Don't be afraid to throw pack-ratted junk away at
this time. It saves you from having to do it at the
new location and alleviates the mess at both loca-
tions. Not to mention the joy of moving it.
STEP BY STEP
As the day gets closer to the moving deadline, start
packing test benches, tools and the rest of the stock.
Remove them in reverse order of usefulness.
Try to keep all the things you use with a test bench
together, it makes it easier to get the benches
together and operating in your new location. The
same with the stock.
Try to visualize what your new location will look
like in terms of function. As you're moving your
stuff you can then put in shelves, test areas and
office space as you move or before you move those
things that apply to that particular area.
You can also add power or lighting needed ahead of
the deadline. The idea is to be ready for business
when you move in.

CLEAN IT FAST
Spray Nine is a cleaner similar to 409 or Fantastik,
but concentrated, and really does an amazing job of
cleaning smoke and grime off of games in effortless
seconds.
We wash the video screens clean of smoke and the
control panels and video cabinets free of grime in
seconds with Spray Nine. It's a great degreaser and
cleaner concentrate.
SAFE
It's fine on glass, unlike Fantastik which fogs. And,
I do know that the cleaner called Fasolu we used
when we had our Deli would etch glass.
If you move often (2-3 times in five years), you
might want to keep unused or seldom used stock in
boxes that are clearly marked.
Occasionally in a foodservice location we'll come
across that type of damage, where a cleanup person
has used the wrong stuff. It would make a glass
window only restorable by razor blade scraping it
off. A pain in the butt.
Make test benches easy to move, fold-up types or
leafs attached to the bench that are removable for
easy shipping.
We've been using this for years, and order it in six-
one gallon jugs per case, also available in 5 gallon
and larger drums.
