increase on the average of 20%. It costs you
less than $2/day to operate a bill changer.
6) Place the hottest game just far enough
into the gameroom so that they can be seen
from the outside but players have to walk
into the game area to get to them. This also
insures that players playing these games
won't block the entrance way.

test quarters to keep a player on a game

enter a games area if no one is playing but
will do so when they see that one is playing.

most of the games. Loud attract mode

down what makes you feel comfortable and
uncomfortable:
• Can you see supervision at all times? (if
applicable)
• Are all areas well lit and not too bright? All
glare must be eliminated or reduced.
• Can you see most of the games? Taller
games in the back; shorter games up front.
Games should be arranged in smooth as-
cending and descending order, avoiding ups
and downs in lines of games.
• Make sure all the games appear perfectly
level.
• Keep the aisles clear so people can walk
throughout the game area (7 feet from game

9) Change one or two games every month
trying to rotate the high, middle range, and
low earning games with equal consistency.
This will save you from buying too many new
games. Rotating low earning games shows
the location owner that you are getting rid of
the dogs and you now increase your chances
of finding a profitable home for one of them.
10) Place sitdown and children's games
close to the front entrance to attract women

11) Change the game layout of your
gameroom every few months. Revenues will
increase as players will find other games
that they never saw before when they go
looking for their favorites.
12) Place redemption counters in the far
back so people must walk the entire floor to
• get to it. Sometimes they will play a game on
the way in and/ or on the way out.
13) Reset all "high scores to date" features
every week. It only takes a few minutes but
it will take your players much longer to get
their names back into the top positions.
14) Of course, keep all the games clean and
well lit.
