K-TRON ARIZONA, INC .
is introducing the REMOTE K-Coin Coin/Currency
Counter & Weighing Scale for infinite applications
including amusements and games, laundry, banking,
and retail. This remote version is specially designed
for banks and permanent counting facilities.
The scale features speed of counting, and therefore,
increased security. The scale can be run from a wall
outlet full time or on a charged battery. The standard
capacity is 66 pounds, but other capacities (6, 13, and
33 pound) are available on special order. The K-Coin
is a rugged solid state design and has no moving parts
within the scale mechanism. The weighing platform
measures 12¾"1 x 9"w x 5"h and the remote readout
display measures 7½"h x 9½"w x 5¼" deep. A IO-
foot cable connects the platform and remote readout.
The AMOA 's 1982 International Trade Show for
Coin-Operated Games, Music and Allied Products
will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown
Chicago, Illinois. The dates of this widely received
annual event are November 18, 19 & 20 (Thursday,
Friday & Saturday).
This show always promises a lot of activity and
interesting events. You 'II want to see the many
exhibitors and what they have to offer you to keep on
top of the industry.

Cashing out can be done quickly and accurately in
counting rooms and managers' offices and vaults. The
scale features single coin, multiple coin counting and
dollar bill verification. The "C-Counting" version
provides programmable slots for tokens if the multiple
coin feature is not wanted. The scale features a coin
accumulator memory and accuracy of ± I coin in
2,000.
A self-contained portable version is designed
specifically for route operators who require counting
at other than central locations. In addition, a heavy-
duty plastic scoop is available as an option. Contact
