UP KICKER BURNOUT SOLUTION
COMPUTER VOLUME

CONTROL
Gottlieb's patch fix for the "Haunted House" up kicker burnout problem is
not the solution. In fact, in certain instances it can actually support an arc
across the K relay points! I am submitting a re-engineered fix for interested •
owners of "Haunted House" experiencing this problem. It should also be
noted that the kicker sleeve should protrude approximately 1/16" up into
the saucer so the ball is centered and doesn't rest on the wire form.

Baily's new game "Rapid Fire" does
not use the volume controls on the
Squawk & Talk board, or the volume
control located on the front door for
the sound level adjustments.
The volume control on this game is
computer generated and operator
adjustable. To vary the sound level,
proceed to bookkeeping test #20,
and set the level from 1 to 15 ( 1 is the
lowest volume setting and 15 is the
highest).
The factory setting is at volume level
#7. Adjust to the needs of the location
for optimum player appeal.
