In an effort to get their games to market quickly,
manufacturers sometimes ship without support
documentation. Games are being received without
wiring diagrams, schematics, or even the self-test
procedure included.
Even the best made, thoroughly tested machines
have a percentage of initial failures. An otherwise
locally-solved problem now places an additional
burden on the operator, his distributor and
the manufacturer's customer service people.
Perhaps a little coordination on the manufacturers'
part would eliminate this small but important
oversight.
