FUSE* CHANGES* ON * NEW* RECTIFIER* PCB
The following engineering changes have been implemented for improved
game usage for games using the new rectifier board AS-2518-54. For two
flipper games F4 fuse should be 5 AMP, 32 volts, 3AG. For three flipper
games F4 should be 6 AMP, 32 volts, 3AG. For four flipper games F4 should
be 7 AMP, 32 volts, 3AG. Games that this will affect arc the following:
''Skateball''
"Frontier"
"Xenon"
"Flash Gordon"
"Eight Ball Deluxe"
"Fireball II"
"Embryon''
"Fathom"
"Medusa"
"Centaur"
(and any future games)
This change supercedes any previous service bulletins regarding the F4 fuse.

Midway has available now a new program for their hit video game
"Pac-Man".
8810 Dewees St.
Phila., PA 19152
The new program increases the difficulty of the game and adds a new
challenge to players already familiar with the original.
********
The new program kit consists of 2 Roms (PM2/24) that replace existing
Roms in locations 6E and 6H on the main logic board.
When installing the new memory devices, it is recommended that the
difficulty jumper (S•TJ March '81) be removed. This jumper may then be
replaced after the players are proficient with the new program for an extra
added degree of difficulty. Contact your distributor for availability.

I. Due to a shortage of encoders, a !OK (360°) linear pot will be used.
2. An Analog - Gray Code PC A082-9141 l-AOOO is needed to
convert Analog signals for digital use.
3. The encoder will also be used when they become available again.
