WURLITZER EXHIBIT
IS A MECCA FOR MANY DEALERS
The new IVurlilzer Spinette Model 380. Ile'ujht 34 inches
The Wurlitzer exhibit at the recent convention of the National
Music Merchants Association. New* York, was beautifully ar-
ranged and attractively decorated. All the latest models of Wurlit-
zer Pianos and Accordions were effectively displayed in colorful
settings. Choice paintings and Moral bouquets contributed to the
delightfulness of the exhibit.
One of the highlights of the exhibit was the very convincing
demonstration of the water-resistant qualities of Wurlitzer
Thermo-setting glue. A section of a curved plywood top panel of
a Wurlitzer piano glued with this remarkable adhesive was placed
in a large aquarium filled with water. The panel stood in the water
during the entire duration of the convention. After this severe
test the glued panel still held firmly.

The New Wurlitzer Spinette Model 380
One of the new Wurlitzer pianos which was the center of a
great deal of attention at the Convention was the Spinette Model
380. Its unique design by William Zaiser, distinguishes it in many
ways. The front lower panel is gracefully curved with artistic
tone louvre. Headed moulding along the bottom of the keyboard
and around the music panel, spiral legs, and crotch veneer on the
side panels add immeasurably to its beauty and charm.
The Model 380 has the Pentagonal Augmented Sounding Board,
six-post back, five-ply rock maple wrest pin plank and many
other outstanding Wurlitzer features which contribute to its full
rich tone and fine performance.
