OVERWHELMING ACCLAIM
Never in the history of music has any instrument been accorded so dramatic a tribute as
that which greeted the marimba on the occasion of the recent Chicagoland Music Festival.
From the massed ensemble of 150 marimbists came music of such rare beauty, such liquid
expressiveness and such universal appeal that 100,000 men, women and children rose as a unit
to clap, call and whistle for more.
In an evening packed with topflight attractions, the marimba orchestra stole the show. No
feature was more enthusiastically received, none merited such all-out praise from music critics.
The inference to dealers is plain. The
same instrument that thrilled 100,000 at
Soldier Field in Chicago is also the easi-
est of all instruments to play. Its appeal,
so dramatically confirmed at the Festi-
val, has always been instant and uni-
versal. To take advantage of it in your
promotion is to exercise sound business
judgment.
In so important a matter it pays to be inquisi-
tive. Why not inquire today about the
Deagan Plan for Increasing Marimba Sales?
