Mr. Schneider was born in Chicago and went to work for
Julius Bauer & Company, piano manufacturers, in 1874, re-

NEW DEAGAN CATALOG ?
The new Deagan catalog marks a milestone in the history
of marimbas and Vibraharp.
It records, in picture and description, all of the modern
designs created by J. C. Deagan, Inc., in recent years—sleek,
streamlined and glamorous models that make old-style in-
struments as out-of-date at the harpischord and zither.
ft
The new catalog also commemorates the dramatic rise in
popularity that the marimba and Vibraharp have achieved—
a trend that has brought thousands of dollars into the tills of
alert retailers.
ft
We ask you to study the new Deagan catalog carefully.
We hope it will be the starting point of even greater marimba
promotion on the part of those dealers who believe in placing
their effort on a sure winner! If you haven't received your
copy, the coupon will bring it to you by return mail.
