Straube Piano.
Fred Haller, the energetic dealer of Watertown,
N Y., was not distracted by the insistent excitements
of election day which—suppressed or expressed—were
all about him. Instead of giving way to election day
feelings, he carried on in the calm, purposeful way
that resuhs in piano sales.
Mr. Haller voted early and then, following up a
promising prospect lead, opened negotiations for a
piano sale and before luncheon time closed the sale
for a Style L Straube, the small piano with the
Duplex Overstrung Scale made by the Straube Piano
Co., Hammond, Ind. It was his method of celebrat-
ing the Hoover victory.
HENRY HEWITT IN MICHIGAN.
Henry Hewitt, general traveler for the M. Schulz
Company, 711 Milwaukee avenue, Chicago, is on a
trip in the interests of that big manufacturing cor-
poration in Michigan. Mr. Hewitt is finding busi-
ness normal in many of the Wolverine cities, and
wherever it has dropped back his calls are stimu-
lating the dealers and salesmen to new efforts, for the
personality of Mr. Hewitt always acts as a tonic on
the fiber of the responsible dealer.

The cut herewith gives the setting of Style I),
Georgian Schiller grand piano, the latest creation of
the factory at Oregon, 111.
It is the most popular seller of the Schiller line.
At the warerooms on the ninth floor of the Republic
Building, Chicago, the salesmen have trouble to keep
enough of them on the floor for exhibition purposes,
as they are bought up and delivered so promptly.
But the factory has facilities for producing them in
quantities, and they keep coming along.

other name." Steger's offered to reserve any instru-
ment on a special sale upon receiving a $5 deposit;
Starck's offered to send a piano to a home on thirty
