AT HOME IN CHICAGO
Head of Enterprising Wabash Avenue Store Is
Mourned by Hosts of Friends in the
Music Trade.
James (). Twichell, one of the most widely known
music dealers in Chicago, died at his home at 3631
South Parkway, Chicago, on Thursday of last week.
Mr. Twichell had early associations with the music
business of Chicago, his business located on South
Wabash avenue being one of the pioneer establish-
ments in the city.
Mr. Twichell came to Chicago in 1872 and his first
association in the music business was as a salesman
