CLARK ORCHESTRA ROLLS
March 31, 1928
Detroit
The Clark Orchestra Roll Company, De Kail), 111.,
has issued its April bulletin of Orchestrion rolls for
Coinola and Empress Orchestrions; "Empress"
styles: Y, Yl, B, BB, AS, C, F, V, R and all orches-
trion combinations, and for "Coinola" styles: D, C2,
X, AF, AX, CF, CB and K.
The use of the Clark rolls for the instruments
named has shown a steady increase every year since
the production of the rolls was first begun. The
owners of the instruments freely acknowledge the
potency of the Clark rolls in increasing the interest
of patrons in the instruments. The dealers, too, find
that fault a strong talking point in selling the instru-
ments. The merits of the rolls are assurances of
strong and continuous favor on the part of patrons.
The great care in the selection of the airs, the
peppy manner of recording and the cleverly varied
character of the times are all factors in making the
Clark rolls the most popular line in the market. The
foreign rolls are always strong in their power to
attract customers for the rol's and create favor in
the big army of patrons.
