GOOD; this letter, written by a firm whose success places it far
from the necessity of catering with manufactured compliments,
may point out a new path of greater progress and profit for you*

The accompanying cut shows a Martin Music Co.
painted signboard in Los Angeles, Cal. There is
a simplicity and elegance about this copy—focusing
attention on one product. These signs are powerful
in demanding attention, and at the same time preserve
the dignity and prestige of the dealer. These boards
are used at various points throughout the Los An-
geles territory, the one pictured being at Western
and Roamine. The house is an energetic Gulbransen
representative.

factory whenever they have occasion to come to New
York, so that they may become familiar with the
unusually fine line of Brambach grands, particularly
in the period models, which must be seen to be appre-
ciated, as no photograph can properly convey the
thought, care and authenticity that is characterized
by the design.
Exquisitely Appointed Room Designed for Conven-
ience of Visiting Dealers in Seeing Entire Line.
A new display-rom has just been completed in the
Brambach Piano Company factory at New York City.
The room matches in the beauty of its appointments
the retail display-rooms of leading piano merchants.
Here a dealer may examine the complete Brambach
line, with its many distinctive period cases, in an
atmosphere that will approximate the settings in
which he will present them to the public.
This display-room is located on the main office
floor, immediately adjoining the offices of Mark P.
Campbell, president, and Gordon Campbell, vice-presi-
dent of the company, making it not only very con-
venient, but possible at the same time, for the dealer
to see the entire line in one place without making an
extensive tour of the factory unless he so desires.
Visiting dealers are urged to visit the Brambach

THE OHIO CONVENTION.
The annual convention of 1928 of the Music Mer-
chants' Association of Ohio will be held September
10 to 12, inclusive, at the Commodore Perry Hotel,
Toledo. Splendid accommodation for the men of the
music trade is assured by the management of the
Commodore Perry, which is just a little over one year
old. It has a beautiful ballroom and a wonderful
meeting hall for the convention. The appointments
of the lobby and mezzanine floors are sumptuous,
bed rooms delightful, and the hotel has ample facili-
ties for exhibitors. The hotel was built and financed
by local men and naturally is the pride of the citizens
of Toledo.
