RAMSDELL & SONS FEATURE
MELODY WAY IN PHILADELPHIA
Great Enthusiasm Marks the Progress of a Group
Piano Club in Progressive Store.
Ramsdell & Sons reports great success in its piano
lessons in the Melody Way in Philadelphia.
This little word song, submitted by a youthful
club member, expresses the whole philosophy of the
Melody Way Club plan to play the piano. And, to
the thoughtful reader, it explains the four thousand
membership that has been created in the short space
of two weeks in Philadelphia:
"The Melody Way is easy to play,
At first sing a song to please
And then you find it on the keys;
The Melody Way is easy to play."

anufacturing for the trade
Instead of uninteresting studies, dreary exercises
and dry drills, students who take the free piano les-
sons offered by the club are first taught to sing
delightful little songs, simply arranged as piano selec-
tions. Study is made of the phrasing and the move-
ments. The song words are changed to "do," "re,"
"mi" syllables and located on the keyboard. It's
really play—the reason persons learn so rapidly.

BOSTON
During Col. Charles Lindbergh's recent visit to
Chicago many prominent dealers made special Lind-
bergh displays, in which were shown the daring
aviator, his plane and tho route taken to Paris. In
some instances, high quality merchandise shared the
attention of the passersby, and the advertising served
to make future piano prospects.
WILLIAMS
PIANOS
The policy of the Williams House is and always
has been to depend upon excellence of product
instead of alluring price. Such a policy does not
attract bargain hunters. It does, however, win the
hearty approval and support of a very desirable
and substantial patronage.
