WALTER M. GOTSCH CO.
WESSELL, NICKEL & GROSS
The importance of the job of recovering and re-
bushing piano keys is recognized by Frield Miller
& Co., 3767 North Illinois street, Indianapolis, which
company employs only expert workmen and utilizes
only the most modern machinery, developed for that
particular line of work. Dealers, tuners and repair-
men will understand the value of this care on the
part of the Indianapolis company.
For instance, correct spacing is assured by Frield
Miller & Co., and when keys are replaced they will
appear exactly as when the instrument left the fac-
tory. That means satisfaction in the piano owner
as well as trade pride in the dealer and repairman.
Frield Miller & Co., is now offering special prices
for pyralin ivory; fifty-two heads and tails are quoted
at $600; fifty-two fronts at $2.50 and eighty-eight
keys rebushed at $4.00. The best way to send keys to
the Frield Miller & Co.'s shop is told in a circular:
"Remove from frame, number plainly near capstan,
wrap or box securely and ship parcel post or express.
Do not remove old ivories as there is danger of the
wood being broken. Ivories will be returned if
desired."
LIVELY KANSAS CITY FIRM.
"The Kansas City Band and Orchestra House,"
"The House of Personal Service," are names by
which the Crawford-Rutan Co., Kansas City, Mo., is
known over a wide area. The company was organ-
ized in June of 1921 by C. P. Crawford, president,
and J. A. Rutan, vice-president. Both men are thor-
oughly experienced in band and orchestra instru-
ments. Mr. Crawford was formerly with the Holton
Band Instrument Co., and later with J. W. Jenkins'
Sons for eight years. Mr. Rutan was manager of
Jenkins' retail department for twelve years.
