ization and Incidentally Every Phase of the
Music Goods Manufacturing Industry

sociation will meet in Room D at the Drake Hotel,

This association gives evidence of great growth
since the convention of last year and its progress is
seen in good results accomplished. The problems of
the industry are wisely given over to various com-
mittees. The increased importance of the association

session during the meeting at the Drake Hotel.
An interesting schedule of topics is arranged and the
discussions following the addresses will be enlighten-
ing and creative of greater interest in the work of
the association.
Problems to Be Discussed.
Its importance is based on its close relation to the
piano industry and many of the problems of the latter
are considered its own. The conditions affecting the
piano industry for good or ill influence conditions in
the musical supply industry.
The interests of the supply man are far reaching.
Standardization, credits, improvement in products in-
terest him. The piano technician has been aided by
the ambitious purposes of the supply man as an indi-
vidual and collectively as an association. Whether
they discuss actions, hammers, sounding boards, var-
nish and other commodities in a formal way at a
convention or informally on the road, in the factory,
piano plant or the wareroom they are refulfilling an
end of the supply men's organization.
