Buescher publicity, consisting of 11x14 window
cards showing the orchestra in color, which were put
about the city in store windows, announcing their
local appearance, Buescher lobby displays carried by
the Specht orchestra, local Buescher dealer ads, etc.,
etc., were all placed before Superior Judge Gorter.
The name "Buescher" and the words "Buescher in-
struments" appeared repeatedly in the proceedings.
Specht won the case, proving to the satisfaction of
the court that he had fulfilled his obligations in every
way.
Paul Specht and his orchestra will be a permanent
feature at the Hotel Alamac, New York, beginning
this month.
