Bay Tek takes step
toward multi-platform
brand
Bay Tek Games announced that it has acquired the
San Francisco-based boutique licensing and branding firm

big step forward in Bay Tek’s broad-based strategic evolution
as the company expands from designer and manufacturer of
amusement games to a multi-platform entertainment compa-

“With [Dimensional Branding Group] now in house, we
will be able to greatly expand DBG’s customer base and
servicing capabilities,” said Larry Treankler, chairman of Bay

excellent manufacturing capabilities, its talented team of
creative and business professionals, and its proven business
expertise.”
