Helix Leisure expands
company portfolio
Helix Leisure has announced the acquisition of Booking
Boss. Booking Boss, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, pro-
vides cloud-based ticketing, reservation, and POS solutions to
businesses looking to modernize and provide 24/7 booking
capabilities.
“The industry is becoming increasingly aware that a

step foot in the facility,”
said Theo Sanders, CEO
of Helix Leisure. “Their
pre-visit experiences
form a vital part of their

able to connect a beauti-

Embed’s existing on-site
capabilities, and in doing so, allow operators to engage with
their guests at every step of the journey.”
The acquisition was completed in July 2017, and adds to
Helix Leisure’s portfolio of companies. For more information,
