On the Cover
Intercard is a business and every business has a product
to sell, but not all are as equally concerned about what
happens after the purchase. The cashless systems com-
pany wants its customers to know that if disaster strikes,
“we have alarms, so to speak, that let us know when a
client’s system is having problems or is at risk.” Those
alarms are just a piece of Intercard’s structured post-pur-
chase customer service protocol.

IAAPA Preview and Schedule
The International Association of Amusement Parks and
Attractions Expo wants its attendees to know that “Every
Experience Matters.” This year’s 550,000 square-feet of
exhibit floor space features over 1,000 company booths
and Trade Show Floor Tours of food and beverage sup-
pliers, point-of-sales systems suppliers, and water park
suppliers.

Techeting Savvy
Technology and marketing come hand in hand according
to Party Center Software’s Yosuke Carter. In his first
column, Carter expertly advises readers on how to main-
tain a four-hour workweek. Yes, you read that right, but
“Acquiring customers 24/7” is more about time efficiency
than it is about working less hours.
