Purple star, Noel make deal COIN-OP NEWS Fourth Polish show set for April American/Europe Business Connection will stage the fourth trade exhibition for Poland on April 14-16 in Kadowice, located about 40 miles from Krakow in southwest Poland. Amusement, vending, and casino equipment will be featured , as will attractions common to theme parks. "It's a city of four million people," explained show organizer George Herman. "Just as a lot of the other trade shows change cities, we thought it would be a good idea to go to the other side of. Poland after spending three years in Warsaw. "There are almost 40 million people in Poland, with an average age of 28 years. This means there is an enormous market for all types of equipment . It is simply an educational process ; they still are unaware of most of the available industry machinery. Most operators still search for sources of supply. The cost of exhibiting is quite low when you consider the opportunities the country offers. " The first three shows sold out, and Herman expects 1994 to be the largest one yet. For information on exhibiting, attending, the cost of hotels and airfare , etc., call Herman at (818) 2226161 or FAX (818) 2226165.
