Hotel Accommodations The Las Vegas Hilton Hotel will be the headquarter hotel for ACME '93. A block of rooms have been reserved at a special convention rate of $GB single/double. Suite rates are available upon request, and are subject to availability. Complimentary shuttle bus service will operate between the Las Vegas Hilton and the Sands Expo & Convention Center on show days only. All requests for rooms must be submitted on the official hotel reservation form or in writing to ACME Show Management. Phone reservations will not be accepted. The Las Vegas Hilton will not accept direct reservations. Important: The Las Vegas Hilton requires a one night deposit (per room) to guarantee your room for arrival. The Hilton accepts all major credit cards or company checks made payable to the Las Vegas Hilton. This deposit is completely refi.mdable if reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival. The deposit guarantees your room until midnight on the requested arrival date. Please complete the credit card information requested on the housing form, or enclose your company check made payable to the Las Vegas Hilton. ACME Show Management will process and forward your reservation and deposit to the Las Vegas Hilton. Within 2-3 weeks, you will receive confirmation direct from the hotel. Once you receive your confirmation, you can make changes in your arrival/departure dates and/or cancellations directly with the Las Vegas Hilton. Requests for additional rooms must be made through ACME show management and submitted in writing. Check in time atthe Las Vegas Hilton is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 12:00 noon.
