First, we want to thank all of the distributors and operators who have given us great support for the past nine enjoyable years in the industry, with a promise that we intend to continue our efforts te bring new and exciting products to coin-op. At the show, a product was shown that we have reason to believe infringes upon one or more of the patent claims owned by Samuel Kim and G.L. Technology, our licensor of Putting Challenge . This past week, Kim received a "notice of allowance" on his patent application, entitled " putting green with adjustable topography and multi-ball return." A copy of the notice was sent via certified mail to the potential infringer with a request the company cease making, using, selling, and offering for sale any products which infringe upon any of the claims. At the time of this letter, we are awaiting their response . We will keep the industry apprised of any further action, if any becomes necessary. Ralph A. Coppola Innovative Concepts in Entertainment CI.C.EJ Buffalo, N.Y.
