A.M.O.A. sets up the schools
based upon a number of requests
from a certain area. For instance,
A.M.O.A. schools have already
been booked up for Oregon,
Texas, and Boston in the early
part of this year. Those who
would like to have an A.M.O.A.
service school in their area should

INVENTORY CLEARANCE
Take no substitutes
We have recently been sup-
plied with six-volt three-watt
lamps as alternates for Type GE
44 lamps.
Operators and technicians
should be w~y of substitutes for
correct parts specified by manu-
facturers.
The lamps mentioned above
draw a current of .5 amp which is
double that of the GE 44. It
should be obvious that the power
supply of a flipper or other
machine fitted out with the
three-watt lamps will be grossly
overloaded and numerous prob-
lems will result from this.
GE 44 and GE 47 lamps
commonly used in machines draw
.25 amp and .15 amp at 6 volts
respectively. While lamps other
than GE may be used care must
be taken in checking their
current rating or wattage.
