Wurlilzer Officers; Directors
Re-Elected at Annual Meeting
R. C. Rolfing, President of The Ru-
dolph Wurlitzer Co., reports that at the
meeting of the shareholders of the Com-
pany held recently in Cincinnati. 0., all
Directors were re-elected for the follow-
ing year and include: F. R. Wurlitzer,
J. M. Hutton, Jr.. C. R. Wright, R. G.
Lockwood, B. G. McCloud and R. C.
Rolfing.
Unanimously approved were three
plans recommended by the Board of
Directors: (a) Employee Savings and
Profit Sharing Plan; (b) Continued
Compensation Plan; and (c) Stock Op-
tion Plan. These are calculated to stab-
ilize employment at all levels, reward
those employees who wish to practice
thrift, prolong the period of usefulness
of executives and key empolyees, and
induce competent people to join the
Company.
President Rolfing also reported that
to date more than $12,000,000 of de-
fense contracts have been awarded to
the Company, and that by mid-summer
or early fall the Company would be in
full production on these contracts.
At the directors meeting immediately
following the meeting of shareholders,

A dividend of 20 cents per share of
common stock was declared, payable
September 1. 1951 to holders of record
August 15.
