more recent years, has written such songs as
"Mar gie," "Aggravatin' · Papa" and other suc

New Von Tilzer Building
into the new quarters before the first of the
year. It will be equipped with modern execu
tive and profe, sional offices and will be one of
the most attractive studios along Broad way.
The new home is at 1587 Broadway, the build
ing occupied by the Na tional Vaudeville Artists
before going to their new building. It is an
ideal location for the profession and its facili
ties for a distributing center are also most
modern.
The campaign recently inauguratcd by th e
Harry · Von Tilzer Music Co. on the ballad
"Dear Old L ady" is making it one of the out
standing songs of the present vaudeville season.
