branches or representatives in all these cities.
He shall also visit several Irish centers, in-
cluding Belfast, Dublin, Cork and Queenstown.
His song, "All That I Want Is in Ireland," is
already a big success in that country. Mr.
Stasny took with him several of the most active
numbers from this season's catalog, including
"Plantation Lullaby," which is a big success in
the United States; "Can't Feel Jolly Blues,"
"Kitty Donohue," "Hawaiian Eyes," "Rio Nights,"
"Lonely" and "Back to Carolin'."
SUCCESS OF "TUCK ME TO SLEEP"
Irving Berlin Number So Strong a Special Cam-
paign Seems Unnecessary
The Irving Berlin, Inc., number, "Tuck Me to
Sleep" (In My Old 'Tucky Home) is probably
the biggest success issued by that firm this year.
The leaders of the past season were "My Mam-
my" and "All by Myself." However, the sales
on "Tuck Me to Sleep" are far surpassing the
earlier issues. One of the most interesting side-
lights on the present success -is the fact that,
unsolicited, sheet music dealers, talking machine
record and player roll retailers are making special

HELD ON INFRINGEMENT CHARGE
Bostonians Re-indicted for Alleged Infringement
of Copyright of "Humming"
BOSTON, MASS., December 12.—Abraham Feld-
man, of this city, and Augustus H. Sullivan, of
Worcester, were discharged by Judge Morrow
in the United States District Court on the charge
of infringement of the copyright of the song
"Humming." However, the testimony in the
case was impounded and the defendants were
re-indicted and will be tried again some time
next week.
The song "Humming" was originally owned
by T. B. Harms and Francis, Day & Hunter,
as shown by the indictment originally returned
against Feldman and Sullivan. Later, however,
the trade name of the publishers was changed to

N. J., December 12.—A department de-
voted entirely to sheet music and music rolls
was opened last week at Widener's Columbia
Shop, Broad street, this city. A feature of the
opening was the presentation of free copies of
the new song "Helen" to Helens who entered
the store.
The new department, which was formed as the
result of a continually increasing demand for
this character of service, will be in charge of
A. J. Henderson and Bert Slater.
