December 1st is the anniversary of the U. S.
EXCHANGE PLAN—it's one year old and its
unqualified success prompts us to announce:
We prophesy that, before we celebrate its
second anniversary, the majority of the rolls
sold everywhere will be on the EXCHANGE
PLAN.
THE PUBLIC DEMANDS IT!
The problem of returning the customers' old rolls to us has
been solved. We pay a "Bounty" of 10c each for the "Scalps"
and more than 100 "Scalps," representing a "Bounty" of over
$10.00, may be sent us parcel post for 2 cents.
