REVIEW
NEW YORK, AUGUST 23, 1919
Clarence Eddy, America's
most distinguished organist,
has never shown to better
advantage than in many of
the great musical works he
has recorded for the Wclte
Philharmonic Organ.
Welte Supremacy
EW names stand more distinctly supreme in their re-
spective lines of endeavor than the name of WELTE
in its particular field.
The name WELTE is inseparable from reproducing
pianos and organs. So intimately is it associated with the means
of reproducing the playing of master musicians, that many a
pianist and organist of distinction as well as many a music dealer
cannot call to mind another name identified with this art.
No greater contribution to music has ever been made than that
of the library of Welte Reproducing Record Rolls. For it is
through this library there have been preserved more than five
thousand musical compositions as played by one hundred and fifty
of the most eminent pianists and organists, whose art and style
will be thus authentically perpetuated to enrich the knowledge of
future generations.
