Secure Rights To Successful Production Num-

Herbert I. Avery has been appointed general
sales manager for Forster, Music Publisher, Inc.
Mr. Avery is now in the East, but will shortly
return to the home office of the firm in Chicago.
Waterson, Berlin & Snyder have purchased
from Daniels & Wilson, of New York and
San Francisco, the big song hit "Mickey," which
has been featured in the past six weeks in con-
junction with the motion picture of the same
name, produced by the W. H. Productions Co.,
Inc., in which Mabel Normand is starred. This
song has probably received more co-operation
from the picture people than any other song
v.'hich has been issued in connection with such
productions. All the talking machine record
companies as well as the music roll manufac-
turers are featuring the song in their catalogs
and the syndicates stores as well as other sheet
music dealers are giving the number special
window displays.
NEW CONCERN ISSUES SONGS
The Henry Burr Music Corp., which recently
opened offices at 1604 Broadway, now announce
the release of two songs, "I Think I'll Wait
Until They All Come Home," lyrics by Mar-
cus C. Connelly, and music by Lieut. Gitz-Rice.
and "Some Day I'll Come Back to You," with
words and music by Lieut. Gitz-Rice. The new
firm will confine themselves to the publication
of standard and high-class numbers.
